VIP LIST – WEEKLY TOP 5
You are loving the new VIP List, but we know there are a lot of questions. Here are some answers to the common questions we are being asked:

I have placed monthly subscription orders with 8+ products the past 2 months, will I qualify for Free Shipping on my next order?
If you previously had a recurring SmartShip order process every month, you will automatically be assigned the VIP tier relating to your past Subscription order history. So if your order placed next month is in the 15% Insider tier, with 8 or more products, you will qualify for Free Shipping on that subscription order. You will also qualify for the Loyalty match – with an additional 12% off depending on your VIP Tier.

If I place a subscription order on the 2nd of the month, and then on the 25th of the following month, will this still count for Loyalty rewards?
A month is defined by 31 days, so placing a subscription order on the 2nd of one month and then on the 25th of the following month places the subscription outside of the monthly processing time and will not count towards the loyalty benefits.

If I cancel my Subscription template, will I lose my Loyalty benefits?
Not necessarily, if you create another subscription order and it is shipped within 31 days (one month from your last subscription order) you will maintain your loyalty benefits.

Do Customers need to be placing a monthly order to get their anniversary Credits?
Anniversary credits are gifted to all Customer & Social Marketer accounts on our database even if they have not placed an order. Every 6 months from their Modere account joining date, a $25 shopping credit is applied to their account and is valid for 31 days.

If my order in month 2 was the VIP Enthusiast tier with a 10% discount, but my order in month 3 is VIP Insider with 15% discount, will I get the additional 15% match?
Your VIP savings discount and match is applied to your subscription order according to the subscription value of that order, so if you have 8+ items in month 3 and that is your 3rd consecutive subscription order, you will qualify for the 15% discount, 15% match and free shipping!
