You are loving the new VIP List, but we know there are a lot of questions. Here are some answers to the common questions we are being asked:

How do I apply my Anniversary Credit to my order?
The first thing to do is check that your credit card details are in the payment section. If you aren't paying with credit card, select CANCEL. Then, place a tick in "Use Shopping Credits". Add the amount of credits you would like to use for the order and click APPLY. In the order summary you can see where the Shopping Credits have been applied and the remaining balance to pay.

Do you still require a minimum of $50 shopping credits to be able to use on a Subscription Order?
Good news is - no! If you have selected to use your Shopping Credits in your Subscription Settings in the Payment information, then they will be applied to your subscription order when it processes.

How do I get Free Shipping?
Free Shipping only applies to our VIP 15% Insiders 3rd consecutive scheduled recurring subscription orders onwards, which have 8 or more products. Free shipping does not apply to Everyday orders. Maximum of 1 free shipping per month.

I have a new Customer, should they have been allocated the Friends & Family links?
The Friends & Family codes are only available to new Customers who place their first subscription order. Once the subscription order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, your new Customer will see a Friends & Family menu under their account information.
This is where they will find their 3 unique links. They then have 10 days to share and have them redeemed by 3 new Customers!
