You are loving the new VIP List, but we know there are a lot of questions. Here are some answers to the common questions we are being asked:
Subscription Manager Tips
- When editing your template add your new products before deleting the products you don’t need for the month.
- When you add items, stay within the Quick Shop alphabetical listing to select your products – then add to Subscribe & Save.

If you use the search function to find an item, you will be taken away from adding items to your template and they will be added to your regular shopping cart.
- Your Order Summary in your Subscription settings reflects all discounts, including loyalty match and free shipping if your subscription qualifies for these.

If you want any available shopping credits to apply to your scheduled subscription order, make sure that has been selected in the payment information.
- Once you have updated your template, there is nothing you need to do to confirm, updates are saved as you go.

Before logging out, just review all the details are as you expect – including Current Run Date, payment details and items.
