WHAT MAKES AN ACTIVE CUSTOMER?
For your Customer to count as an Active Customer, for the month, their order must have a minimum volume of 1 point. The order cannot be merchandise as this has a zero-point value.
Credits available to your Customer such as Share the Love new Customer credits will reduce your Customer’s points too.
If it is a small order and your Customer has available credit, it could impact the number of points that order generates.
So, even if they make a purchase; if the point value is zero that Customer will not count as an Active Customer.
SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDER REMINDER:
Just a reminder that the points on Social Marketer's Subscribe & Save Orders are currently not displaying correctly.
When you choose to do a Subscribe & Save order at Checkout or when you choose Subscribe & Save and then switch back to an Everyday order, the original points amount will display, NOT the correct point amount including discounts for VIP and Loyalty Match, but the dollar calculation is correct.
Points are being calculated correctly for the final Invoice, so please refer to your order history and shipping confirmation email with the invoice attached.
Points seem to appear correctly for Everyday orders (so long as you don't switch to Subscription and back to Everyday order) and on your Subscription order template.
We are still working to resolve this issue.
