UPDATE ON THE CHANGE TO OUR PHONE QUEUES
As part of continuous improvement and striving to serve you and your Customers better, we implemented a change to our phone queues last month.
We identified that our staff could serve you better, if they are taking the calls to suit their strengths and knowledge, and we believe this is flowing better for you and your Customers.
Please spread the word to your team that all general enquiries should go via line 1.
Line 2 is now specifically for Compensation, Volume or business account related issues on your Social Marketer accounts. This way our business team don’t get caught up with the day-to-day issues, and can focus on supporting you with the more complex issues around your business.
The specific line recordings are:
Line 1: If you are calling in regards to an order, a delivery, or have a general account enquiry.
Line 2: If you need to speak to one of our Business specialists, regarding compensation or your business account.
