EPIC TUESDAY
Wow! That's was certainly one way to kick off December for our Australian Social Marketers! We're so excited that so many took advantage of the Epic Tuesday promotion in Australia, with an increase of 21% in average spend a 606% increase in orders to our Warehouse with 3 orders processed every minute. Don't forget, New Zealanders; your Epic Tuesday kicks off next week at 9am Adelaide Time on Tuesday 14 December.

There's only 3 months until we hit SRC month on March 18 2022. We want you to know that your safety is our number one focus and whatever happens, our SRC will still be the place to be for empowerment, excitement and inspiration AND… acceleration!

JULIE MASTERS TAKES OVER CELEBRATE
Join us next Wednesday, 15 December, for the last Celebrate LIVE of the year. This one is a big one as we have Julie Masters joining us to celebrate our IMPACT45 Graduates. We wanted to make this one a little extra special, so we want you to all glam up with us for a nighttime event - 6.30pm Adelaide time in One Voice. We've seen some big titles achieved in November, so you won't want to miss this Celebrate event.

GLOBAL ACCELERATOR BONUS
Wow, what an amazing month November was, with the most Global Accelerator Achievers in a month, including our first-ever Elite 1, $10,000 achiever, Lorien Cameron & Sarah Kolak! If you joined from 1 April 2021, December 2021 is your final month to take advantage of these incredible bonuses by title advancing between Director 1 up to and including Elite 1. SCHEDULED OUTAGE OF WEBSITES AND MODERE MOBILE APPS
At Modere, we are committed to continual improvement to provide you with the best possible experience. This means that occasionally we need to schedule maintenance outages. So that we can perform some system upgrades, we have scheduled a maintenance outage on Sunday 12 December 2021, starting at 3:30 pm Adelaide time. We expect this outage to last for 30 minutes. All websites and Modere mobile apps will not be accessible during this time. We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience.

SAVINGS WORTH WAITING FOR
With the Christmas season here we know this will impact order processing and dispatch times. We ask that you always give your Customers a realistic timeframe for their orders to be packed and dispatched.
Please allow four business days for orders to be dispatched from our Warehouse (this is an additional two business days on top of our
regular processing times). After the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with the consignment number will be sent to track the delivery, and the progress can then be monitored.
Delivery times during this period will also increase, so please allow up to 5 business days for delivery to Metropolitan areas and up to 8 business days for Regional areas.
If you haven't received your orders after this extended period, please let us know; otherwise, we would suggest checking your tracking number to find out where your parcel is.
CHRISTMAS ORDERING
We want to ensure that as many of you can give the gift of Modere this Christmas so we are processing orders as normal leading up to Christmas. However we ask that you are mindful that our delivery providers are at capacity during this time and orders may take a little longer for delivery. To avoid disappointment, make sure you order as early as possible. Please remember over the Christmas break, there will be limited staff available to answer queries so we suggest that you email info@modere.com.au and info@modere.co.nz as your preferred mode of communication during this time. A reminder too that warehouse packing and StarTrack deliveries will occur on all business days. Local Adelaide deliveries will be held over the Christmas break.

We kicked off Epic Tuesday in AU. Customers received a curiosity text, a curiosity email, a launch email, and a launch text. We flooded our socials with all things Epic Tuesday and, of course, focused on GO, the freebie with orders over $250.
