CHANGES TO OUT PHONE QUEUE'S
As part of continuous improvement to serve you and your Customers better, we are implementing a change to our phone queues.
We identified that our staff could serve you better, if they are taking the calls to suit their strengths and knowledge, so from Tuesday morning, you will notice there will only be the 2 following queues.
1. If you are calling in regards to an order, a delivery, or have a general account enquiry
2. If you need to speak to one of our Business specialists, regarding compensation or your business account
The main change for Social Marketers to be aware of is that from now on, all general enquiries should go via line 1.
Line 2 is specifically for Compensation, Volume or business account related issues. This way our business team doesn't get caught up with the day-to-day issues, and can focus on supporting you with the more complex issues around your business. We have also increased our staffing levels for your Customers and expect this positive impact to start being more visible.
